Viviana Santiago represents injured workers in their workers’ compensation cases. Ms. Santiago graduated cum laude with distinction from Duke University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies and a certificate in Latino/a Studies. She received her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2013. While in law school, Ms. Santiago was the Speakers Editor for the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. She was a law clerk with the National Origin, Immigration, and Language Rights Program at the Legal Aid Society-Employment Law Center. Ms. Santiago also competed with and coached Berkeley Law School’s Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Competition team. Ms. Santiago is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French.
