Octavian M. Dogar joined Ratto Law Firm, P.C. in August 2019. With years of experience practicing as a workers’ compensation attorney, he has demonstrated strong communication skills and has provided his clients with high-quality, aggressive litigation of workers’ compensation claims.

He has appeared at Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards throughout California, including Santa Ana, Long Beach, Riverside, Fresno, Oakland, San Francisco, Santa Rosa, San Jose, Salinas, and Redding. He graduated from Portland State University with a degree in sociology and, in May 2012, received his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School.

During law school, Octavian worked as a law clerk/certified law student for the Orange County Office of the Public Defender. Prior to joining Ratto Law, Octavian worked with a prominent Applicant firm in Southern California as well as various defense firms in the Sacramento area.

His work has provided him personal knowledge of the challenges faced by injured workers. Mr. Dogar is an experienced lecturer who has presented for various audiences on numerous topics regarding changes in the law as they occur.
