Ms. Davis represents injured persons in Workers’ Compensation matters.  She began her career defending cases for insurance companies, third party administrators, and business owners, but is now using that experience to advocate on behalf of injured parties.  She has appeared at the Workers’ Compensation Boards throughout Northern California, including Humboldt, Sonoma, San Joaquin, Fresno, Monterey, Santa Clara, Alameda, and San Francisco counties.  She has also done Employment Law work in Orange, and San Diego counties.

She graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with an Associates of Arts in the Social and Behavioral Sciences in 2007.   She qualified to accelerate directly into her law studies and graduated from Empire College School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2011.  She is from the beautiful wine country, having been raised in both Windsor and Santa Rosa, CA.  In her free time, she enjoys world traveling, learning French, and spending time with her daughter and basset hound.
