David J. Garcia

 

Prior to joining the Ratto Law Firm, Mr. Garcia practiced labor law for more than twelve years representing the labor and employment interests of peace officers, firefighters, public sector employees and nurses.  In that time, he was exposed to the Workers Compensation system when he worked with injured clients to navigate their return to work, to enforce their Family Medical Leave Act rights or to prepare for an industrial disability retirement.

Mr. Garcia also assisted his peace officer and fire clients who were on leave pursuant to Labor Code section 4850.  His experience allowed him to litigate a broad range of issues that now provide him with an invaluable knowledge base that can be applied when passionately advocating for injured clients in the Workers Compensation System.
