John Miller

With 51 years of experience, I have represented employers and carriers in workers’ compensation claims for the State of California, as well as cities, counties, and school districts. I serve as an expert witness in workers’ compensation insurance and self-insurance matters, and have acted as a WC arbitrator, mediator, private WC judge, and Pro Tem Judge. My experience also includes handling appeals before the WCAB, Courts of Appeal, and State Supreme Court, as well as preparing legislation.
