Brett Gowen was born and raised in the central valley of California. He attended U.C. Davis and earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics. Mr. Gowen graduated with distinction from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento.

 

Mr. Gowen has practiced law since 2011. During that time he has practiced Social Security law, Workers’ Compensation law, and Elder Law including estate planning with wills, trusts, deeds, and powers of attorney. Mr. Gowen has represented both individuals and employers/insurance carriers during his career giving him the advantage of experiencing how Workers’ Compensation claims are handled by both parties.

Now at Ratto Law Firm, P.C. he continues assisting clients with their Workers’ Compensation cases and enjoys working with people in need of excellent legal representation.
