Anthony G. Ratto has dedicated himself to representing injured clients in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases in both jury and bench trials. He is the founder and the principal of Ratto Law Firm, P.C., which has become one of the most successful workers’ compensation law firms in Northern California and the San Francisco Bay Area. This accomplishment results directly from the skill and dedication the firm’s attorneys have demonstrated in protecting their client’s interests. Mr. Ratto has represented clients throughout California before the Superior Court, California Court of Appeals, United States District Court and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board as well as private mediation and arbitration proceedings.

He has primarily represented people who have suffered injuries, many the result of on-the-job injuries. He has also served as a labor union counsel. Recognizing that his injured clients must also navigate through overwhelming legal and medical issues, Mr. Ratto assists his clients in navigating through the related areas of social security disability insurance, medicare, state disability insurance, unemployment benefits, employment law, personal injury law, pension and retirement, short and long term disability policies, medical treatment, death benefits and other insurance claims.

Mr. Ratto has lectured to organizations including medical professionals and labor unions. He has been a member of many professional organizations, including Consumer Attorneys of California, California Applicants’ Attorneys Association, American Bar Association, San Francisco County Bar Association, Alameda County Bar Association, and the Italian-American Bar Association.
